You Always Have a Choice

Content You Always Have a ChoiceHelplessness in the face of self-inflicted pain – self blame or recrimination, upset over outcome, harshness toward self or others – is an illusion.

You always, always have a choice.

The sooner you exercise that choice, the less time you need to spend in pain.

Remember, your natural state is vibrant and alive and capable and strong and joyful.

  • How true this is. Unfortunately, we tend to forget this power of choice we all have when we’re buried deep in a situation–especially negative ones. That’s when friends and loved ones can really help us by pulling us out and showing us that we indeed do have the power of choice.

Love your wisdom and thank you for sharing it.
