Be Aware and Be Responsive to Your Awareness

A friend once shared with me the secret to a good life:  eat when you’re hungry, sleep when you’re tired, drink when you’re thirsty.

Know what you need and do it.  Know what does not work for you and refrain from doing whatever does not work for you.  It is as simple and as challenging as that.

Fundamentally, it is about self-care, taking care of your Self.
