You Always Have a Choice
Helplessness in the face of self-inflicted pain – self blame or recrimination, upset over outcome, harshness toward self or others – is an illusion.
You always, always have a choice.
The sooner you exercise that choice, the less time you need to spend in pain.
Remember, your natural state is vibrant and alive and capable and strong and joyful.
